 | The setup fee includes everything required to set up your site and get it online. For example: we register your domain name; collect information about your business; perform site setup and layout; create custom graphics or logos; submit your site to search engines; and provide simple training on how to update your site. |

| LOW COST -- We have a very affordable design and setup fee. In addition, our web hosting packages include our easy to use content management system (CMS). Having a CMS means you can easily make changes to your site without paying a designer for each update. Over the course of 2-3 years you will likely spend 60-80% less on a ClickStart website than you would with a traditional web design company. SPEED -- Most sites we design are completed within a week of receiving the your information. In addition, you can make changes anytime you like 24/7. So there's no waiting days or weeks for your "web person" to make a change. |

| Do I have to pay any money up-front for web design? Is there a deposit? |
| We don't charge a deposit for web design and you only pay our one-time setup fee if you like our design and request the we release the site to the public. |

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not perform paper billing or send manual invoices. |

| Can I choose my own domain name? |
| Yes, our representatives will help you choose a domain name. We will take care of registering and configuring the domain for your new website. |

| Do you require a contract for your web hosting service? |
| No. All of our customers are billed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your account at any time. |

| If you register a domain for my business -- who owns the domain name? |
| You will have complete control over any domain we register on your behalf. Since we register the domain, it is stored in our domain registrar account. We pay for domain renewals and handle all administrative responsibilities that are associated with owning the domain. If you ever decide to transfer your domain name to another domain registrar -- we will gladly approve any transfer so that you are able to retain ownership. |

| Who is the owner of the website you create for my business? |
| You own the public portion of your website including the domain name, website text, images, and HTML. If you ever decide to transfer you site to another provider, you can download and transfer any of these public files. You will not, however, be able to transfer the ClickStart Content Management system. It is a feature of our web hosting service. So in summary, you could transfer your site to another web hosting company -- but you would then have to hire a web designer each time you wanted to update your site. |

| Can you design a website that we host at another provider? |
| Sorry, we only design websites that are intended to be used with our web hosting and content management system. If your business is using another email provider, it's no problem to have us handle the web site, and let the other provider continue to handle your email. |

| How will I know how many visitors have been to my site? |
| Clickstart provides website traffic reporting. You have access to reports detailing: page views; number of visits; time of day; day of month; and more. In addition you can view which search engine keywords visitors have used to access your site. |

| Will my website show up in search engines? |
| When your site is released we will submit your site to the most popular search engines. We will also work with you to determine the best search engine keywords to embed in each page. |

| Do you perform custom programming? |
| Over 95% of the sites we design make exclusive use of the features included in our ClickStart content management system. This includes content pages, photo albums, contact forms, testimonials, frequently asked questions, map pages, and many more. If you would like to extend the capabilities of your site beyond the included functionality, we can perform custom programming to add enhanced features . Just ask and we will provide you with a cost estimate before we perform any work. |

| ClickStart provides web services to businesses located in the United States and Canada. We are not accepting inquiries from other countries at this time. |
