 | What services are included in the $295 website setup fee? |
 | The setup fee includes everything required to set up your site and get it online. For example: we register your domain name; collect information about your business; perform site setup and layout; create custom graphics or logos; submit your site to search engines; and provide simple training on how to update your site. |

| Cost - You don't have to pay someone else everytime you need a section of your site updated.

| What type of payment methods do you accept? |
| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not perform paper billing or send manual invoices. |

| Can I choose my own domain name? |
| Yes, our representatives will help you choose a domain name. We will take care of registering and configuring the domain for your new website. |

| Do you requre a contract for your web hosting service? |
| No. All of our customers are billed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your account at any time. |

| If you register a domain for my business -- who owns the domain name? |
| Your will have complete control over any domain we register on your behalf.
Since we register the domain, it is stored in our domain registrar account. We pay for domain renewals and handle all administrative responsibilities that are associated with owning the domain.
If you ever decide to transfer your domain name to another domain registrar -- we will gladly approve any transfer so that you are able to retain ownership. |

| Can I have ClickStart design my website, but install it on my own web server? |
| Not really. Our websites are designed to work exclusively with the ClickStart Content Management System (CMS) that is included with our web hosting accounts.
This usually saves our customers money because they don't need to play for separate web hosting and design update fees.
If for some reason you decide to use another web hosting company – you can transfer the site text, styles, formatting and images -- but you would no longer have access to the Content Management System or any functionality it provided.
In other words, you can use your own web hosting company – but you will need to pay a designer for every update. |

| Does Clickstart offer e-mail with my website? |
| Nearly all of our web hosting plans offer one or more e-mail boxes (For example: you@yourbusiness.com). In addition the number of email accounts can be increased on an ala-carte basis. |

| How will I know how many visitors have been to my site? |
| Clickstart provides website traffic reporting. You have access to reports detailing: page views; number of visits; time of day; day of month; and more. In addition you can view which search engine keywords visitors have used to access your site. |

| Will my website show up in search engines? |
| When your site is released we will submit your site to the most popular search engines. We will also work with you to determine the best search engine keywords to embed in each page. |

| Do you work with businesses outside of the united states? |
| ClickStart provides web services to businesses located in the United States and Canada. We are not accepting inquiries from other countries at this time. |
